Beth Dienst
Beth was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2026. As a member of Apogee’s Leadership Team, Beth leads the development and execution of our enterprise-wide human resources strategy.
Beth has been with Apogee for more than 25 years and has been a valued leader, contributing across several business segments as well as within the corporate team. She is widely respected for her integrity, thoughtful leadership, and dedication to our people. Most recently, she was Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at Apogee’s corporate office. She previously held similar HR leadership roles across the company’s businesses as well, including Harmon, Tru Vue, and Viracon.
Beth has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of St. Thomas, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas.
