Apogee Rings the Nasdaq Opening Bell

A team from Apogee Enterprises traveled to New York City on August 22, 2023, to ring the Nasdaq Opening Bell to celebrate 40 years of being listed on the Nasdaq Exchange. Apogee’s Chief Executive Officer, Ty Silberhorn, rang the bell alongside Don Nolan, Chair of Apogee’s Board, and other members of the company’s management team.

The bell ceremony was broadcast live from Nasdaq’s iconic MarketSite location in Times Square and appeared on financial news networks including CNBC and Fox Business. Ty took the podium with his remarks, “40 years on the exchange – wow. That speaks to the resilience, the ingenuity, and the innovation of our employees that have built this great company.”

Before ringing the bell, Ty addressed the future of Apogee, “While we do take great pride in our company’s history, we’re just as excited about what the future holds for Apogee. We’re strengthening our operations, adding new capabilities, and investing to grow our business. We’re on a journey to Create Peak Value.”
