Bryan Welp
Bryan was appointed Vice President and General Counsel in February 2026. In this role he has overall responsibility for all legal matters at Apogee, corporate governance, and compliance; in addition to Environmental, Health and Safety.
Bryan has been a key member of Apogee’s legal team since 2017, most recently as Assistant General Counsel for Apogee’s Architectural Metals Segment. Bryan also works closely with our risk management team. Before Apogee, Bryan was a commercial litigator with the Minneapolis-based law firm Lindquist & Vennum (now Ballard Spahr). Bryan’s deep understanding of our businesses positions him well to lead Apogee’s legal and EHS teams into the future.
Bryan earned his law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.
