Mark Augdahl
Mark was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2026. In this role he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audit, and risk management.
Mark joined Apogee in 2000 and has served in several finance leadership roles with the company. Most recently, he was Chief Accounting Officer. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer in 2022 to 2023 and Vice President of Finance for two of the company’s segments from 2012 to 2022 and was Apogee’s Corporate Controller from 2004 to 2012. Prior to joining Apogee, Mark worked in a number of finance roles, including four years at KPMG.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and was a participant in the University of Chicago’s Booth Executive Development Program.
